I stumbled upon a Chef Tom video recipe (shrimp n grits) and immediately connected with his style
Then I started buying tools, sauces and spices that he used on his demo of the week! In fact, I consider It a sad week when I’m not anticipating and excited about a delivery coming from ATBBQ
A tip of the cap to Chef Britt, she’s cool too! I’m forcing myself to expand my repertoire and include desserts from the grill
I hope to someday venture to Wichita and take it all in but for the time being I really love the website
