You all do thing wonderfully. You are prompt in shipments and helpful and courteous when in the store. If I have any problems at all it might be that things get a little too salty but it wouldn't be BBQ/Smoking if there wasn't a little disagreement process and ingredients. I bought my YS640 from you and quite a bit of additional equipment, spices and marinades over the years and I have been totally satisfied. Looking forward to a time in the future when I can make the trip back to Wichita and check out the store again.
