ATBBQ is an excellent source for all things BBQ! Truly a great place and the instructional videos are awesome. One thing that could be improved is communication after purchase. I had to wait over a month for my YS640 and other items. Not once did I receive an update on shipping. I had to call two or three times to get status. I’m sure the staff would appreciate less calls if management would be more proactive with communicating order status. This is not a deal breaker - just a suggestion.
