My latest order was for a YS 640 stainless drip guard. It was perfect! The rest of my order was for a YS 640 gasket kit. Upon arrival, the adhesive on the gasket was stuck to the gasket. Customer service quickly sent me a replacement. That second gasket set also had the same faulty gasket. Upon contacting customer service again, they apologized again and quickly sent me a 3rd gasket set. Customer Service checked the 3rd gasket kit, before shipping to me, and ensured the gasket set was indeed in proper working condition. Excellent customer service! I’m a HUGE Yoder fan and have had multiple friends purchase a YS 640 due my recommendation to them. Keep up the great work ATBBQ! Eric B. Milliken
