I had two issues with my YS640. The control board went crazy on me and the comp cart was damaged in shipment. The problems were addressed and I made the change out with no issues. The documentation was suspect at best, my advice would be to keep the change over documents current with the board being replaced. Changing the comp cart is a 4 man job. I've since order pellets and everything has gone smooth.
