There was a delay in my order due to availability. I received an e mail, notification asking if I’d like to wait on the item to become available or choose a similar product, for the same price. Once the item became available, I received another email notification, stating that my item was now available and that it was being prepared to ship. Al though there was a delay. I was never kept in the dark on the status. Great customer service. Another huge reason why I only buy my supplies from All Things Barbecue!
