You guys are awesome. I bought a YS640s at the beginning of summer, and it is the best purchase I have ever made as far as kitchen equipment goes. I cook everything in it. I smoke, bake and grill on this wonderful piece of equipment. Everything that I make turns out wonderful, even the Banana Bread! If you are thinking about getting a Yoder Pellet Grill, don't hesitate any longer. You will be thankful for choosing it! I love all the spices that I have tried, service is very quick.
