Love Chef Tom's videos! Got all of the stuff for the Kansas Burnt Ends. I'm not big on barbeque - dry-rub kind of guy - but holy katz!!!! Made me think I should have done the whole packer that way! As it was, I took the flat and having bought all of the stuff for the pastrami I did that as well. I thought the pastrami was fantastic, too! My Bronx-born spouse wasn't sold, but she didn't say it wasn't yummy! I use a competitor's wood pellet smoker ( got it by accident then proceeded to fall in love! ) but Tom's videos and recipes have me coming back for more all of the time!
