I love Atlas so far. They definitely report to all three credit bureaus. And my score has improved. The only thing is is they do not report as a credit card they report as a loan. Which for your credit utilization score it makes a huge difference. The app is sometimes glitchy and it requires extra security identification procedures. Well it is inconvenient I actually like the idea of that because then it allows me to make sure that my account stays in maintains security.
