I’m on the fence because I don’t know how this works. Is it a credit card or debit card? How do you get a limit and why am I being pressured to put my check on here? Why would I do that when I don’t know what would happen after I did. Then, you don’t get a card unless you pay more money??? How do I access my check then? I was charged $8.99 for something and the next day, I had $10 and it’s been that same $10 ever since. I would like to be a more confident user but I just don’t understand what it is or does for me.
