I had very bad experiences with the staff. Last experience was one of the female staff member with the name badge around her neck, I couldn’t see her name was shouting at me because I stoped on the shop and she couldn’t pass by me. She was very unpleasant and I asked her to stop shouting she became more verbally aggressive. No apologies and their behaviour is unacceptable! No customer service skills at all! I wanted to make an official complaint and they declined and deleted my request! It says it all about this retail company! Don’t shop in Auchan Drumul Taberelor, customers are verbally abused, extremely high prices and next they might even physically attack the customers. There are not repercussions! They do as they like no respect for customers…
