I purchased T952.458 - Power Dynamics Powerline A50BSet 2Ch Amp with Bluetooth 2x Speaker, the amplifier was faulty, expected a replacement next day being 20th April 2024, never heard back nor did any replacement arrive waited day. Despite sending a email during the morning of Friday to confirm availability was informed by CS they have over 200 emails to go through and just could not get to mine! appalling excuse considering how recent the query was. After sales customer care and returns was poorly managed.
