I have an error with my order and wanted to correct it before they collected the funds from my bank and picked the order off their shelves. I called multiple times and sent them multiple emails, but no response to emails and their customer service number sends you to voicemail, to which they do not respond. But they wasted no time withdrawing those funds from my bank.
