I was very surprised at the flavor of this produce. I purchased this produce to use in my Chi tea powder that I make. When I ran out of milk, I made some to use for our dinner and found that if is very very good. I use it all the time now in cooking and all areas that milk is required in our house hold. This has eliminated me from having to throw away spoiled milk that does not get used in a timely manner. I can make this in a jiffy at anytime that we require milk. I just love it!
