Person on phone was very polite and helpful. I was disappointed to hear they no longer carry bread enhancer, but what I did order arrived on time, and I was pleased with my purchase. Just a suggestion: I am allergic to lactose. Almost all of your products contain some form of milk, cream, cheese, etc. have ever considered developing lactose free products??
