I like Augason Farms' scrambled eggs and have been using it for a couple of years now. Once I got the "hang of it" on how to use it, it has been kind of a miracle product for me who seem to run out of eggs too often. This substitute egg just fills right in and takes over the job in so many instances. It tastes so great and that is why I keep buying it.
