Ordered the bacon bits directly from Augason as I usually buy them on Amazon, but they were not available. I usually have complementary shipping on Amazon which is why it would be preferable. However the product this time which I received was different from what I usually received on Amazon. The bits were softer and less pellet like and also seemed to be much less salty than what I had received previously on Amazon. Far superior. Don't know if the recipe changed or what, But this recent Shipman is far superior to previous orders and I hope this is the way they will continue to come.
