Hello, I have emailed customer support about my order asking for an update on shipping. It was ordered on the 2nd of December and it is now the 17th and is still in 'processing' and I have had no response to my inquiry.
I understand there may be some time needed to prepare for such a large order, but I would at least appreciate a response.
