We really like the potato shreds. Being diabetic, we find that dehydrated potatoes don't raise our blood sugar levels like fresh potatoes do. So we've been buying these since before 2013, I think since 2008 from here or elsewhere. Argason's seem softer once cooked and crisped, so we prefer them to others I've tried. I reorder before we run out to make certain we're never without. We use them for Hashbrowns, Egg, pepper & Hashbrown Casserole, Soup, Toppings on Casseroles, etc.
