The team at Aussie Angler were great to deal with, letting me know that one of the products I ordered was out of stock and replacing it with a similar product. They even went above and beyond and recommended I try a different bobbin to the one I ordered as it would make life easier as a beginner fly tyer and have me a few helpful tips. The icing on the cake was when they threw in a spool of thread to help me get started. Fantastic service, I'll definitely be back for more gear in future
