The Firebox stove was ordered on October 16th and while I believe it was dispatched the same day, it’s now November 9th and it hasn’t arrived in suburban Melbourne. AussieStormShop has been great but Starshippit/Auspost has made the experience miserable. AustPost’s updates have been useless as dates are seemingly aspirational at best. I’ve lodged a query but their response is if it hasn’t arrived by Nov 18th, they’ll COMMENCE an investigation at that time. I understand Auspost challenges, but they’ve had 18 months to mitigate impacts - with little success. I hope Aussie Storm Shop provides an alternative to Auspost, express or not, as they are letting online businesses down (their performance has been woeful from other businesses I’ve ordered from)
