I purchased 2 plastic wing nuts for the burkey water filters as the original ones ( 6 months old ) were stripped. These two plastic wing nuts would cost around 5 cents to make, yet cost me $27 inc postage. This is a complete rip off. Added to this the lady who took my order was less than pleasant & directed me to place my order online and when I asked if I could place the order over the phone,( given I was talking to her ) she said “ well I am busy but I suppose so” yep - all round - not happy Jan !
