I have been buying regularly from Aussie Storm since early 2016 - now 12/2021. I rate their customer service as excellent. I can only recall one time when the product ordered was damaged on receipt - I suspect it was the transport people rather than Aussie Storm, but AS made good immediately responding to my email re the damaged product. Me: retired-senior.
