I bought my husband a radio. It didn’t work. I phoned and was told by a very helpful lady a replacement would be sent out including a post bag so I could return the broken radio at no extra cost to us.
I received the second radio really quickly. The problem with the first one was a battery problem. Aussie Storm Shop couldn’t have handled the situation any better, they were highly professional resolving a problem that wasn’t their fault. 100% happy customer.
