I purchased a ResQme Car Escape Tool. Thankfully I haven’t need to use it. It looks sturdy, was easy to fit to sunshade or attach to a headrest. By sitting in the drivers seat I practised pulling the escape device from its mounting and it released quickly. Designed to break glass and also cut seatbelt in an emergency. I wonder if the glass will break easily if your vehicle is fully submerged in water. Must research this. I intend to purchase another escape tool for the rear seat area.
