Excellent customer service. I returned my first purchase as it did not meet my needs. Aussie Storm Shop refunded the purchase price (less postage) and recommended an alternative product. I ordered the alternative, and they despatched it promptly; however, I received the items too late to be of use because of postal delays. Again, Aussie Storm Shop refunded the purchase price, this time without a deduction for postage. I couldn’t ask for more.
