Customer service was excellent & above all, the website said the item was in stock & it was, shipped next day & arrived in 2 days. With so many online shops using the 'in stock' ploy to get your money, then sending you an email saying it's temporarily unavailable & the item doesn't arrive for weeks is very annoying, unprofessional & dishonest.
