Hi Guys, I am happy to submit an honest review: Very happy with speed of delivery, but there was one matter over which you have little control that caught my attention. The knife was very securely wrapped in strong plastic, and took some extricating, but my concern was with the virtual impossibility of opening and closing the knife. After some exploration, and a few: "Goodness me, this is inconvenient"'s I saw that the problem was with an internal part of the knife was interfering with the Action. Just inconvenient. A Manufacturing fault, and nothing to do with your Service provision. Regards, Trevor
