I had an incredible experience with Aussie Storm Shop. From the ease of the online shopping, to having a quick and easy, solution focused phone call with them when my postcode wasn't playing ball for the click and collect option. I went in store to pick up within a couple of hours, with them prioritizing my order just because I wanted to come in as I was passing through town. They were very accommodating and provided helpful advice and information around products. I never felt they were just telling me what I needed to hear to make a sale/up-sell. They seemed to genuinely care about making sure I had the products that best suited my needs and didn't push for a sale. Now I am back NZ I will be ordering through them again because the experience was all-round excellent and they have a great range of products.
