I recently purchased a ProOne stainless steel water filter from Aussie Storm Shop. Sam was very friendly, full of clear, friendly and highly knowledgeable advice. I was extremely fortunate that only the day after I bought it, he was coming through the town where I live and dropped it off personally so I could get it quicker. A friend of mine down the road bought same one same day and he dropped hers off too! How good is that.
