5 STARS! Service was exceptional, fast and very helpful! Our Pro-One filters arrived the day after we ordered them online. And many thanks for the glow sticks, the kids loved them! The Pro-One filters are working very well. We probably prefer the taste of the Berkey filters however, they are very expensive and are a challenge to find in stock in Australia.
