This was our first time shopping with you, however, we received someone else's parcel in the mail (although it had our address on the box), and had to end up driving to the house of the buyer of this parcel to swap our orders around, as they had received our order as well. Both myself and the other buyer were in the same area, and the address on the boxes and the orders inside the boxes did not match up.
