I have been a customer of Australian Natural Care for many many years. Was a family company with chatty letters from the owner. You really felt part of it. The availability of Naturopath advice was really appreciated. Recent changes have altered the feel. Not so keen on all the extra products that have been added. Guess covid has been the cause of many of the favourites not being available. Have had to get things from a Chemist recently. Still trying to be a loyal customer but that hasn't been quite so easy recently. Orders come quickly. Do feel we have lost a little of the "family" feel.
