I received no purchase or delivery information. It took more than 2 days to get a response to my enquiry and I was told my delivery was due that day and a screen shot if delivery details was included to confirm that. The delivery never arrived. I was also told that my password had been reset as I couldn't access my account... this didn't happen. A week later, another 2+ days after I contacted them, I was told that my delivery had been packed the day before and was en route to me, accompanied by another screenshot of the delivery tracking.
At no time was I apologised to.. in fact the responses I received were hurried, cursory responses, not addressing the problem or reassuring in anyway. The delivery details as a screenshot were at best inconvenient, at worst useless, not allowing me to track the parcel myself or identifying the carrier.
I don't hesitate to warn people against trusting their business with this company, there are so many other options! The customer service demonstrates how indifferent this company is so I won't bother them again.
