I am sorry but I personally feel that since new ownership occurred, prices have increased drastically, range of products seems to have reduced, longer delays in delivery, & availability of the most important product that I regularly purchased (that is: calcium with Vitamins K2 & D3) had become unreliable forcing me to try to purchase elsewhere over the past 2 or so years! And this product was not even available as a Club 4 member, which should give members priority.Another issue appears to be short “use by dates” on some products, however you do offer certain products with limited use by’s at reduced prices, but that is provided we can use them in that time frame. However I will continue to stay loyal to your company provided I can continue to receive the product I need most urgently.
