As I rang to place my order I found the person very helpful she gave lots off help to understand the product I purchased. As I am given lots for Christmas presents. As I have placed other times my delivery was all good. As I was not home when my goods arrived they did not come up to my door to ring they dumped my parcel out side at the back off my letter box. Next to my water tap as they may have used to wash they hand or fill they water bottle they left it dripping not closed so my box off goods was all wet I suggest you see to change your delivery people I’m very happy no one took my goods it was almost on the foot path. I will be very concern to place another order many thanks to all regards Filomena
