I love the natural smells, that the products are created and distributed locally and the very prompt service. I even got a thrill out of the dissolvable packaging surrounding the products!
I would like to see the washing powder and dishwasher powder initially come in easier to use tubs of some sort and then re-fills sent in biodegradable packaging.
