I've been a regular customer for 7 years and will continue to buy these products. They work incredibly well to clean and deodorise without excess soap residues or chemicals. We use grey water and septic holding tanks so it's important not to add chemicals into our environment. The Bygum eucalyptus oil is different to other eucalyptus oil brands. It is highly concentrated and if I think a wash load needs additional deodorising then I add about 5 mis to give pet blankets or bed sheets and bath towels a fresh smell.
