I recently purchased the Liquid version of your Eucalyptus Laundry Powder. But unfortunately NEVER again. As someone with arthritic hands, the safety type bottle top is FAR too difficult to get open. I certainly didn't realise it's safety method of opening it prior to ordering. Perhaps some mention of that should be available for all to see on your website. I shall have to return to your Powdered version as before which was always great. Meanwhile I have a wasted bottle of Liquid which I cannot use unfortunately.
