I have been buying from this company for several years. All the products I have purchased have been excellent. I have never had to return anything due to a problem. Wool mix is one of my top favourites, you only need a little bit in the machine, so it lasts for ages. The prices have hardly changed over the years The company is easy to deal with and helpful if you need any advice.And it is Australian, what more could you ask for :)
