Tony, the owner, was great, he reached out personally to respond to my enquiry and assure me my order was being shipped but there was a delay on backlog from the new process. The personal reassurance was very comforting. The products smell amazing, no lingering harsh toxic chemical smells when cleaning. Have yet to test their effectiveness on mould removal and prevention though. Will be looking to try some more products from them.
