I take this opportunity to personally write to tell others about your excellent service--more than just very good, excellent. i have had the good fortune to work with Brian and his office staff over the last 8 years, and normally do not write reviews or participate in surveys; however, make an exception here only because of merit and the consistency of exceptional service in constantly getting things done, in this case apostilles, and pet travel documents when you dealing with Consulates (Latin in my case), holidays (Thanksgiving in my case) and 2 weekends and facing a non refundable flight. Stress was high, but Brian and crew were not worried, even after calling them 2-3 times a day , which as it turned out, was completely unnecessary.. You are dealing with Pro s here.
