It's the first time myself and a friend has used Auto Finesse products before. Firstly the online user experience was fantastic, the marketing campaign looks/works wonderful. I'm normally very picky with e-commerce sites (having worked in this industry) however I couldn't fault yours. The navigation, cross sell/up-sell bundles work well and the pack shots make car cleaning products look 'cool'. I thought the quality of the products were very good and I'm happy for this to be my set standard. The stand out products would have to be the ironout and the micro fibre towel as these had such a quick impact during the cleaning process and made cleaning my A Class and my friends A3 quite fun. I'm going to look at getting some other products from the range as I see myself pleading allegiance to the Auto Finesse brand. Thank you to everyone and well done.
