I just want to say they don't even earn one star in my opinion. Many many lies. 3 easy steps -lie No access needed to phone-lie Customer support number is a recording referring you back to website for help. Refund is a lie I asked for it on 2nd day. They sent me a email to read there refund policy. I did and it says NO refund after 14 days. I have received many emails with one excuse after another. Also hire people to work from home for so much in sales. When you read over the rules and policy to join these idiots it's made clear many times. Do not use auto forward name to say powerline group. If you need to use something like this it would be a good idea to use another well known spy app do your homework first. Reading some of these questions there not a answer for me. Never seen refund. Also I have emails and I will add in couple days to this if I don't get my refund
