I had some issues activating the app so I thought I’d ask for a little help. I sent a message before going to bed, hoping that they read and respond first thing in the morning. To my surprise, I got a reply before I even tuck myself in the sheets. And all issues were resolved that same night. That was the fastest customer service I ever experienced in my whole life!
