I did not realize that I purchased Auto Forward monitoring software twice, and said to myself I just kissed my money goodbye. But even so, I tried contacting them for a refund. I was very surprised that I got my money back, and didn’t even have to go into a shouting match with anyone, just a polite and civilized conversation.
