A week after I purchased and installed this monitoring app from Auto Forward, I got some errors so I decided to ask help from their support team. Honestly, I really expect to have a horrible experience. But I was indeed pleasantly surprised with their customer service, and had a great experience. We had an easy exchange and my queries were politely and helpfully addressed.
