Last night I purchased this monitoring app from Auto Forward, and had trouble installing it because I keep on getting errors when entering the license key. So I contacted their support, expecting to receive a response by the next day, but to my surprise they answered quickly. I got to talk to one of their staff and not to an automated bot response. He handled and resolved the issue in just a few minutes.
