Let’s be honest, when it comes to customer service, we probably have more horrible stories than good ones. I was very surprised when I gave Auto Forward’s customer service a call, a week after I purchased their monitoring app, and had a great experience. We had an easy exchange and my queries were politely and helpfully addressed.
