I don’t normally leave reviews but I simply had to this time. I have a long list of bad customer service experiences. Auto Forward’s customer service is one that healed all those previous bad experiences. They actually have a real, live person you can talk to who seemed genuinely more than happy to help me with my concerns, rather than auto response from a bot.
